Why do restaurant kitchens need a grease seperator tank?

The grease filter is placed on the ground where the manhole is located, connecting the input to the sink and the outlet to the sewage pipe. It operates according to the process, starting after receiving the waste water that is put into the grease filter box:

1. Preventing large wastes, residues in wastewater, waste water containing fat layer will be passed through the secondary compartment

2. Separate excess grease after each large array to avoid clogging the sewer pipe through the pre-designed grease separating tank and keep it inside the tank

3. At this time, the treated waste water will flow out of the waste pipe, the cleaning staff only need to collect the grease from the grease separating tank and proceed with the treatment.
